This Privacy Policy explains how AI Innovation Services LTD processes personal data in connection with AI Traffic Studio, our websites, accounts, AI visibility services, subscriptions, customer support and related business operations.

1. Data Controller

AI Innovation Services LTD is the controller of personal data processed for its own business purposes in connection with AI Traffic Studio, except where we process personal data solely on documented instructions from a customer acting as controller.

Where we process personal data on behalf of a business customer, the respective controller and processor responsibilities may additionally be governed by an applicable Data Processing Agreement.

2. Information We May Process

Depending on how you interact with AI Traffic Studio, we may process categories of information including:

name, email address and account information;
company and business contact information;
business websites, URLs, products, services and business descriptions;
AI Prompts and information submitted for AI visibility analysis;
competitor names and related business information;
AI visibility measurements, reports and analysis results;
subscription, billing status and transaction-related information;
support and other communications;
technical, security and usage information necessary to operate and protect the Service;
AI-related referral and analytics information generated through applicable tracking or embed functionality.

We do not require customers to submit special-category personal data for the ordinary operation of AI Traffic Studio and customers should avoid submitting such information unless it is genuinely necessary and lawful.

3. How We Use Information

We may process information to:

create and administer customer accounts;
provide AI visibility scans, monitoring and analysis;
process AI Prompts and re-testing operations;
generate reports, recommendations, alerts and AIO guidance;
provide competitor, citation and visibility analysis;
provide AI referral traffic analytics where enabled;
manage subscriptions and paid access;
provide customer and technical support;
operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Service;
prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
maintain records required for legal, accounting and compliance purposes;

5. AI Processing and Independent AI Providers

AI Traffic Studio provides services that analyze information and responses associated with independent third-party AI platforms.

Depending on the applicable functionality, information necessary to perform an AI operation may be transmitted to or processed through third-party AI or technical service providers.

Customers should not submit confidential personal information, special-category personal data or other unnecessary personal data in AI Prompts or business analysis inputs.

Independent AI platforms may operate under their own terms and privacy practices where a customer interacts directly with those platforms.

7. Cloud and Service Providers

AI Traffic Studio is a cloud-based service and relies on service providers necessary to operate its technical and commercial infrastructure.

Depending on the functionality used, these providers may include categories such as:

hosting and cloud infrastructure;
database and storage services;
AI and machine-learning services;
payment and billing services;
email delivery and communications services;
analytics and monitoring services;
security and technical support services.

We disclose personal data to service providers only where reasonably necessary for the relevant service or another lawful purpose and subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

8. International Data Transfers

No internet or cloud-based service can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and devices and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

11. Website and AI Referral Traffic Analytics

AI Traffic Studio may provide website embed or tracking functionality that allows customers to measure AI-related referral traffic and related analytics.

Where a customer installs such functionality on its own website, that customer is responsible for providing legally required privacy information and obtaining any consent required for its implementation.

AI Traffic Studio may process information generated through such functionality to provide referral traffic measurement, analytics, reporting, security and related Service features.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites and services may use cookies, local storage or similar technical mechanisms where necessary to provide functionality, maintain sessions, remember preferences, secure the Service or provide analytics.

Where applicable law requires consent for a non-essential technology, such technology should be activated only in accordance with the applicable consent requirements.

13. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data.

We may disclose personal data to service providers and other recipients where necessary to operate AI Traffic Studio, process transactions, provide customer support, protect the Service, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, complete a legitimate corporate transaction or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Customers must not use AI Traffic Studio to process personal data unlawfully or in violation of third-party rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy where our Service, processing activities, technology or legal requirements change.
