Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to AI Traffic Studio products and subscriptions and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Subscription & Billing Policy.

1. Payment Arrangements

Online checkout is currently unavailable. For purchase and billing enquiries, contact billing@aitrafficstudio.com.

2. Professional Self-Service Cancellation

Professional Self-Service is a monthly recurring subscription that may be cancelled to prevent future renewal.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the applicable paid billing period and prevents further recurring charges, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

Cancellation of future renewal is different from a refund of a payment already made.

3. Managed AI Visibility

Managed AI Visibility is offered at €2,500 per month FIXED with 150 AI Prompts per month and a minimum commitment of 6 months.

The Managed Service commitment is not the same as the cancel-anytime Professional Self-Service subscription.

Refund or termination rights for an individually agreed Managed Service may also be affected by the applicable proposal, order form or individual service agreement and by mandatory law.

4. General Refund Position

Except where required by applicable law or an express written agreement, fees for an active subscription period are generally non-refundable after that period has begun.

AI Innovation Services LTD may agree to a refund in an appropriate case, without limiting mandatory customer rights.

5. Consumer Withdrawal and Mandatory Rights

If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory withdrawal, refund and conformity rights available under applicable Cyprus, European Union or other applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Depending on the type of digital service, the circumstances of purchase and when performance begins, statutory withdrawal rights may apply.

Where a consumer expressly requests or agrees that performance begins during a statutory withdrawal period, the legal consequences of beginning performance are determined by applicable consumer law and the applicable checkout terms.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

6. Technical or Service Problems

If you experience a material technical problem that prevents access to or use of AI Traffic Studio as described, please contact our Support team so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Rights to remedies for material product or service defects remain unaffected.

7. AI Results Are Not a Refund Guarantee

AI Traffic Studio analyzes independent third-party AI platforms. AI responses, mentions, citations, rankings and recommendations are dynamic and outside our control.

A business not achieving a desired AI ranking, mention, citation, recommendation, visibility improvement, number of leads, sales or other commercial outcome does not by itself establish that the Service is defective or create an automatic right to a refund.

Mentions, rankings or recommendations by independent AI platforms cannot be guaranteed.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
