These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AI Traffic Studio, a service operated by AI Innovation Services LTD ("AI Traffic Studio", "we", "us" or "our").

1. About AI Traffic Studio

AI Traffic Studio is an AI visibility analysis, monitoring and optimization platform designed to help businesses understand how they are represented across third-party artificial intelligence platforms and to identify opportunities for improving their AI visibility.

Depending on the selected plan, the Service may include AI visibility analysis, AI answer and recommendation monitoring, visibility ranking analysis, competitor analysis, share-of-voice analysis, hallucination and incorrect information detection, citation and visibility gap analysis, website AI-readiness audits, AI-powered recommendations, Artificial Intelligence Optimization ("AIO") guidance, re-testing, alerts, reporting, AI referral traffic tracking and related managed services.

AIO refers to the process of improving information, content and online signals so that AI systems can more effectively understand and evaluate a business.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accepting an order or service proposal, or otherwise accessing or using AI Traffic Studio, you agree to these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

3. Independent Third-Party AI Platforms

AI Traffic Studio analyzes information, responses, citations, mentions, rankings and recommendations produced by independent third-party AI platforms, which may include supported services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity.

AI Traffic Studio does not own, operate or control these third-party AI platforms.

Third-party AI providers may independently modify their models, algorithms, retrieval systems, data sources, interfaces, APIs, search functionality, ranking or recommendation mechanisms, geographic availability, access conditions or commercial terms.

Such changes may affect results available through AI Traffic Studio without prior notice. Reference to a third-party AI platform does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. AI Results Are Dynamic and Variable

AI-generated answers are dynamic and may change. The same or similar AI Prompt may produce different results at different times.

Results may vary due to model updates, prompt wording, language, location, date and time, available web information, source selection, retrieval processes, personalization, platform-specific behavior, experiments conducted by third-party providers and other factors outside our reasonable control.

A visibility result therefore represents an observation made during a particular analysis or measurement and must not be interpreted as a permanent position or guaranteed future result.

Historical measurements can help identify trends and changes but do not guarantee that an independent AI platform will reproduce the same answer later.

5. No Guarantee of Rankings, Mentions or Recommendations

AI Traffic Studio provides analysis, monitoring, optimization guidance and related services. We do not sell or guarantee placement in third-party AI answers.

We cannot guarantee that an independent AI platform will mention or recommend a business, cite a particular website, display or maintain a particular ranking, remove incorrect information, select a particular source, generate a particular answer, or produce a particular commercial result.

AIO improvements may improve the quality, clarity, accessibility and relevance of information available to AI systems, but the final response remains under the control of the applicable independent AI platform.

Mentions, rankings or recommendations by independent AI platforms cannot be guaranteed.

6. AI Prompts

For purposes of AI Traffic Studio, AI Prompts represent questions potential customers may ask AI systems when looking for a product, service, expert, solution or help.

AI Traffic Studio uses prompts to analyze whether a business appears in relevant AI answers, how it is represented, which competitors may appear and where opportunities for improvement may exist.

Subscription plans may contain a defined monthly AI Prompt allowance. The currently published standard allowances are:

Professional Self-Service — 50 AI Prompts per month
Managed AI Visibility — 150 AI Prompts per month

The plan and commercial information presented to the customer before purchase forms part of the applicable commercial terms.

7. Prompt Usage and Re-Testing

AI Prompt allowances are service usage limits associated with a subscription plan. They are not money, stored monetary value, cryptocurrency or transferable property.

Prompt usage may include initial AI analysis and, where applicable, manual or automatic re-testing and other AI operations that require a new external AI query. The Service may display usage information in the customer's account.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable plan, unused monthly Prompt capacity does not create a right to cash payment, refund or transfer to another customer or account.

Technical measurement of usage recorded by AI Traffic Studio will be used for accounting of plan usage, subject to correction of demonstrated technical errors.

8. Professional Self-Service Subscription

The currently published Professional Self-Service plan is:

Monthly subscription · Cancel anytime · Upgrade anytime

The subscription renews for successive monthly periods unless cancelled before the next renewal becomes effective.

Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not by itself retroactively cancel a subscription period that has already begun, subject to mandatory consumer withdrawal, cancellation and refund rights.

9. Managed AI Visibility

The currently published Managed AI Visibility plan is:

Managed AI Visibility is an ongoing AI visibility and AIO service rather than a one-time campaign and may include continuous analysis, monitoring, optimization recommendations, strategic review, re-testing and reporting.

The precise scope may additionally be defined in an order form, proposal or individual service agreement. Where specifically agreed commercial terms conflict with these general Terms, the specifically agreed terms govern that Managed Service to the extent of the conflict.

The six-month minimum commitment is separate from the cancel-anytime structure of the Professional Self-Service subscription.

10. Payment Arrangements

Online checkout is currently unavailable. For purchase and billing enquiries, contact billing@aitrafficstudio.com.

11. Failed Payments and Payment Disputes

Payment collection, failed payments and disputes are handled under the applicable transaction terms.

If a recurring payment fails or a subscription becomes unpaid, access to paid AI Traffic Studio functionality may be restricted or suspended until the subscription returns to an active paid status.

Paid access may depend on payment and subscription status under the applicable agreement.

12. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds

Customers may request cancellation of future renewal through the available account or billing mechanism, or by contacting billing@aitrafficstudio.com.

Where the customer is acting as a consumer, statutory rights under applicable Cyprus and European Union consumer law remain unaffected, including mandatory withdrawal or refund rights where applicable.

Where a consumer expressly requests or agrees that performance of a service begins during a statutory withdrawal period, the consequences of such early performance will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refund requests may be submitted to billing@aitrafficstudio.com and are handled under the applicable purchase terms and mandatory law.

For business customers and circumstances not subject to a mandatory refund or withdrawal right, fees already paid for an active subscription period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer, cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Customer Accounts and Security

Customers must provide accurate and current registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, protecting access to their account and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

Customers are responsible for activities performed through their account by authorized users and for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with these Terms.

14. Customer Data and Business Information

Customers may provide company names, websites, URLs, products, services, competitors, business descriptions, customer questions, content, business facts and other information required to use the Service.

Customers remain responsible for information submitted to the Service and represent that they have the rights, permissions or lawful basis necessary to provide and process that information.

Customers retain their rights in their own content and business information. They grant AI Innovation Services LTD only the rights reasonably necessary to host, transmit, process, analyze and otherwise use that information to provide, secure, maintain and improve the Service and to fulfil applicable legal obligations.

15. Cloud Processing and Third-Party Infrastructure

AI Traffic Studio is a cloud-based service. Providing the Service may require information to be processed using third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting and cloud infrastructure, database services, AI providers, payment and billing services, email delivery, analytics, monitoring and other technical service providers.

We may engage processors, subprocessors and other service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Service.

Where personal data is processed, such processing will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law, our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.

16. International Data Processing

Some cloud, infrastructure, AI or other service providers may process data outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area.

Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer of personal data, AI Innovation Services LTD will use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

17. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data and customer information, taking into account the nature and risks of the processing.

No internet, cloud or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available. Customers are also responsible for reasonable security measures relating to their accounts, devices and credentials.

18. Website Embed Code and AI Traffic Tracking

Certain plans may allow customers to install an AI Traffic Studio embed or tracking code on their websites to measure AI-related referral traffic and provide related analytics.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their implementation and use of the code complies with applicable privacy, cookie, consent and website disclosure requirements.

AI Traffic Studio may process information generated by the embed code for purposes including identifying and analyzing AI-related referral traffic, operating analytics and displaying relevant information within the Service.

19. Reports, Recommendations and AIO Guidance

AI Traffic Studio may generate reports, scores, analyses, alerts, recommendations, competitor comparisons, optimization suggestions and other AI-assisted outputs.

These outputs are intended to support business analysis and decision-making. Customers remain responsible for reviewing recommendations before implementing them.

AI Traffic Studio does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice unless expressly agreed and lawfully provided by an appropriately qualified professional.

20. Intellectual Property

AI Traffic Studio, including its software, platform architecture, interfaces, designs, databases, branding, documentation, proprietary analysis methods and other platform materials, is owned by or licensed to AI Innovation Services LTD and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration and scope of their applicable subscription.

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, customers may not reverse engineer the Service, circumvent security or usage controls, copy or commercially reproduce proprietary platform components, resell unauthorized access or interfere with operation of the Service.

21. Acceptable Use

Customers must not use AI Traffic Studio for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malicious software, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent impersonation, manipulation or falsification of analysis results, abuse of third-party AI services, violation of applicable privacy or data-protection laws, or disruption or compromise of the Service.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, third parties or infrastructure.

22. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable professional Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Availability may be affected by maintenance, security events, network or hosting failures, third-party AI provider outages, API changes, payment infrastructure, internet connectivity, force majeure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify features as AI technologies, external platforms, legal requirements and customer requirements evolve. Mandatory customer or consumer rights relating to material changes remain unaffected.

23. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risk, abuse, non-payment, unauthorized use or threats to the integrity of the Service.

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.

Upon termination, access to paid functionality may cease. Payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, liability provisions and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

24. Data Retention and Account Closure

AI Innovation Services LTD may retain customer data for the period reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements, subject to applicable data-protection law.

Customers should retain copies of reports or information they require for their own permanent records. Further information concerning personal-data retention and deletion will be provided in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Data Processing Agreement.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Traffic Studio is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that third-party AI platforms will remain available, AI responses will remain unchanged, every external AI response will be detected, third-party information will always be accurate, every recommendation will produce an improvement, AI visibility will increase by a particular amount, or use of the Service will generate a particular number of customers, leads, sales or revenue.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Innovation Services LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential business losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service or from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including changes to independent third-party AI platforms, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

27. Changes to Plans, Prices and Terms

We may update the Service, subscription plans, prices or these Terms from time to time.

Changes affecting future subscription periods will be communicated as required by applicable law. Material changes will not be applied retroactively where doing so would violate applicable law or an existing contractual commitment.

28. Privacy and Data Protection

AI Innovation Services LTD processes personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Further information is available in our Privacy Notice. Additional data-processing or subprocessor information may be provided where applicable.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to mandatory laws and jurisdiction rights applicable to consumers.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under applicable Cyprus or European Union law.
