This page summarizes the principal subscription and billing conditions for AI Traffic Studio. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. Professional Self-Service

€149 per month
50 AI Prompts per month
Monthly subscription · Cancel anytime · Upgrade anytime

Professional Self-Service is a recurring monthly subscription. Unless cancelled before the next renewal becomes effective, the subscription renews for successive monthly billing periods.

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewal. Access normally continues through the applicable paid billing period, subject to the status of the subscription and applicable law.

2. Managed AI Visibility

€2,500 per month FIXED
150 AI Prompts per month
Minimum commitment: 6 months

Managed AI Visibility is an ongoing managed AI visibility and AIO service. The six-month minimum commitment is separate from the cancel-anytime structure of the Professional Self-Service subscription.

Where an individual Managed Service proposal, order form or service agreement defines additional scope or commercial conditions, those specifically agreed conditions apply to that Managed Service to the extent stated in our Terms of Service.

3. AI Prompt Allowances

AI Prompt allowances are usage limits associated with the applicable subscription plan.

AI Prompts represent questions potential customers may ask AI systems when looking for a product, service, expert, solution or help.

Prompt usage may include initial analysis and, where applicable, re-testing or other AI operations requiring a new external AI query.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a plan, unused Prompt capacity does not create a right to cash payment, refund or transfer to another customer or account.

4. Payment Arrangements

Online checkout is currently unavailable. For purchase and billing enquiries, contact billing@aitrafficstudio.com.

5. Recurring Billing

Where a subscription uses recurring billing, the applicable price, billing interval and subscription commitment are presented before purchase.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes recurring billing in accordance with the plan selected and the applicable checkout conditions until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be submitted through the available account or billing mechanism, or to billing@aitrafficstudio.com.

Managed AI Visibility is subject to its six-month minimum commitment and any additional specifically agreed Managed Service conditions.

Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

7. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails or a subscription becomes unpaid, access to paid functionality may be restricted or suspended until the subscription returns to an active paid status.

Failed payments and related billing matters are handled under the applicable purchase agreement.

8. Taxes and Invoices

Applicable taxes and invoices are handled according to the agreed commercial terms and applicable law.

The final amount and applicable taxes are displayed as part of the checkout process where required.

9. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refunds and withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Subscription & Billing Policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
