This page provides information about the data-processing and cloud structure used to operate AI Traffic Studio. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Cloud-Based Service

AI Traffic Studio is delivered as a cloud-based software and managed-service platform.

Operating the Service may require data to pass through multiple technical systems used for account management, AI analysis, databases, storage, monitoring, communications, billing and security.

2. Controller and Processor Roles

AI Innovation Services LTD acts as controller for personal data processed for its own purposes, including account administration, customer relationships, service security and business operations.

Where AI Innovation Services LTD processes personal data solely on documented instructions from a business customer, the customer may act as controller and AI Innovation Services LTD may act as processor for that processing.

Where required, additional controller/processor obligations may be documented in a Data Processing Agreement.

3. Categories of Service Providers

AI Traffic Studio may use service providers in categories including:

cloud hosting and infrastructure;
database and storage infrastructure;
artificial-intelligence and machine-learning services;
payment, billing and transaction services;
email and communications infrastructure;
analytics and monitoring;
security and operational support.

The providers actually used may change as our infrastructure evolves. We do not use a service provider merely because it is listed as a possible category on this page.

4. Third-Party AI Processing

Some AI Traffic Studio functionality depends on interaction with independent third-party AI systems or technical AI services.

Information required to perform a requested AI analysis may therefore be transmitted to or processed using an applicable external AI service. The information processed depends on the functionality being used.

Customers should avoid placing unnecessary personal, confidential or special-category data into AI Prompts or analysis inputs.

5. Payment Arrangements

Online checkout is currently unavailable. For purchase and billing enquiries, contact billing@aitrafficstudio.com.

6. International Processing

Cloud and technical providers may process information in countries outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area.

Where an international transfer of personal data requires safeguards under applicable data-protection law, an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards will be used.

7. Subprocessors

Where AI Innovation Services LTD acts as a processor, it may engage subprocessors where reasonably necessary to provide the Service.

Subprocessors are required to process relevant information for the contracted service and are subject to applicable contractual and data-protection requirements.

A more detailed subprocessor schedule may be provided to customers where required by the applicable service relationship or Data Processing Agreement.

8. Security Measures

AI Innovation Services LTD uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Measures may include access controls, authentication, encrypted transport, system monitoring, backups, infrastructure security, software maintenance and other controls appropriate to the relevant systems and processing risks.

Specific technical measures may evolve as the Service and infrastructure develop.

9. Data Minimization

We aim to process only information reasonably necessary for the relevant AI Traffic Studio functionality, customer relationship, security requirement or legal obligation.

Customers are responsible for avoiding unnecessary personal information in Prompts, website analysis inputs and other submitted business data.

10. Retention and Deletion

Data retention depends on the nature of the information, service functionality, subscription lifecycle, security requirements and applicable legal obligations.

Data may be deleted, anonymized or retained after account closure where appropriate and lawful, including where records are required for accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other legal obligations.

11. Customer Website Tracking

Where customers use AI Traffic Studio embed or tracking functionality on their own websites, they remain responsible for their website's applicable privacy, cookie and consent obligations.

AI Traffic Studio may process information generated through the applicable integration to provide AI-related referral traffic measurement, analytics, reporting, security and associated Service functionality.

12. Data Processing Agreements

Business customers that require a Data Processing Agreement for processing subject to Article 28 GDPR may contact: privacy@aitrafficstudio.com.

The applicability and scope of a DPA depend on the relevant processing relationship and services used.

13. Infrastructure Changes

AI Traffic Studio may change hosting, cloud, AI or other technical providers as necessary for security, performance, availability, functionality, commercial or compliance reasons.

Where applicable law or a contractual DPA requires notice concerning a material subprocessor change, such notice will be handled in accordance with the applicable requirements.
